Frequently Asked Questions
Everything we get asked before a first visit: how booking works, what the deposit covers, where we travel, and what happens if plans change.
Getting started
What is mobile IV therapy?
A licensed medical professional comes to your home and administers an IV drip of fluids, vitamins, and other nutrients. You skip the clinic entirely.
Is IV therapy safe?
Yes, when administered by licensed clinicians. Every Top Tier Wellness visit is performed by a licensed medical professional after a clinical review of your intake.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Clients must be 18 or older, and a government-issued ID may be required at your visit. You will also be asked to disclose any medical conditions and medications before treatment.
What if the provider decides I should not be treated?
Treatment is confirmed only after your provider completes an assessment. If they medically decline treatment, a partial deposit refund may be issued at their discretion, less supplies, medications, and travel.
Booking and your visit
When can I book?
Tuesday through Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You can book online any time.
How do I book?
Choose your drip, choose your window, enter your Northern Virginia address, and confirm.
How should I get ready?
Eat something and drink water beforehand. Have a comfortable spot in mind where you can sit for the length of the drip.
Do you come to addresses outside your service area?
Our standard service area is Alexandria, Springfield, Burke, Annandale, Lorton, and Woodbridge. Addresses outside it may be reachable for a travel fee, which is non-refundable once your provider has been dispatched. Enter your address at booking to confirm.
Deposits, changes, and refunds
What is the deposit?
A $75 deposit is due at booking and is applied to your total. The remainder is charged at the time of service.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund or a free reschedule. Under 24 hours, the $75 deposit is forfeited. Same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the appointment cost.
What counts as a no-show?
If you are unavailable or unreachable within 15 minutes of your appointment time, the visit is treated as a no-show and charged at 100%, non-refundable.
What if my provider is running late?
If your provider is delayed by traffic or weather, you may continue with the visit or reschedule at no charge.
Can I get a refund after my visit?
No. Once treatment has begun, all sales are final and no refunds are issued.
Payment
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. The $75 deposit is taken at booking and the remainder at the time of service.
Do you bill insurance?
No, we do not bill insurance.
Do prices ever change?
Prices are subject to change. Memberships and packages carry their own separate terms, gift cards are non-refundable, and promotional offers have no cash value.
